Coming from two very diverse backgrounds, the founders of Arise Team Building bring a number of skill sets to the organsisation.

Bianca has been focused on building leadership development programs for schools and community organizations, organising team build for groups from five to three hundred.

Diane has been focused on individual and team coaching and development, working both as a freelance facilitator and consultant. She has worked widely across both the public and private sector in this capacity.

They decided to combine their talents to establish Arise Team Building to meet the needs of a growing market; combining team building, leadership development and training.

Arise brings together a team of qualified facilitators who pride themselves on working with customers to ensure that team building and training is linked to measurable results.
